This information should be visible to every AmplifyAI user and reinforced in the user guide and short orientation videos.
Mercer will identify recommended default models for most everyday work. The most powerful model is not always necessary.
Every AI interaction uses computing resources. Longer conversations, large files, advanced reasoning, and premium models generally use more.
Limits may apply to the number or frequency of chats so that access remains available across the Mercer community.
Models change over time. Mercer may add, remove, or limit models based on capability, cost, demand, and institutional needs.
Do not enter FERPA-regulated records, HIPAA-protected information, passwords, or other confidential information that is not approved for use.
Users remain responsible for checking facts, citations, calculations, policies, quotations, accessibility, and final professional judgment.
